Power Plug Adaptor Do I Need Power Adaptor Or Plug Adaptor For My Laptop In France?

Do I need power adaptor or plug adaptor for my laptop in France? - power plug adaptor

I've heard that most laptops in the United States does not need an AC adapter for Europe. I bought a Toshiba laptop and was thinking of taking him to France. Can you (with the technical know-how, please!) Tell me if this is safe? And where is the cheapest place to get an adapter? Thank you in advance.

The AC-DC brick laptop is probably compatible internationally. This is done to the manufacturer saves money by only materials and the product.
Make sure the adapter says Input: 100-240V, 50/60Hz. If you do this, there is no problem electronically.
However, you need an adapter plug from France. There are two types, but the most important and most frequently is the European outlet. As might be expected (in most continental European countries, warning that if the United Kingdom). The euro plugs fit the socket type used in France.

You do not need a voltage converter for appliances, DC power supply (AC / DC converters, power, phone chargers, battery chargers), but re-examined for 100-250V, 50/60 Hz labeling.
Not labeled with the U.S. team for 250V is a security risk!

The European plug adapter costs U.S. $ 2.00 U.S. http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a-sto ....
The power charger is very convenient and I will always be only once a year.
